An SAP Audit is a way to learn and explore the possibilities to maximize the use of the system or to understand the Gap Analysis after implementation. It can be conducted in two ways.

• SAP System Audit :
  SAP System Audit is focused to the SAP system implemented at the organization. This audit helps to identify that up to What extent the system meets their expectations, whether the system is compatible with the business processes and what kind of organization changes, workshops or system extension are recommended in order for the system to fully meet the demands.
• SAP Process Audit :
  SAP Process Audit covers majorly 9 business process cycles. E.g. order to cash, procure to pay etc.. On thorough Audit, final outcome provide the Gap Analysis and how SAP can support to fill the gap. There may be some functional recommendation as per nature and industry of the organization. Final Audit report would help management to decide the next 1/2 years Roadmap with budgetary provision.
